United Wellness Center is currently seeking for a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) that can execute this job productively, a candidate must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. See requirements listed below:

·        Provide supervision to RBT’s.

·        Create a client’s behavior plan in accordance with the principles of ABA.

·        Train each staff member on their client’s specific behavior treatment plan.

·        Modify/update client’s programs that are not making progress or that the client has mastered.

·        Conduct intakes/assessments & reassessments and every 6 months, thereafter.

·        Monitor the behavior plan throughout the treatment period, in accordance with the child’s progression.

·        Perform (FBA’s) Functional Behavior Assessments as needed.

·        Provide parent/caretaker training.

·        Assist with any clinical needs as occur.
